Your Little Apple’s Journey
Your enquiry is received by a member of the Office staff where they will need to gather following information for them to check our current availability:
- Your Name
- Contact Information
- Your Childs Name
- Your Childs D.O.B
- Start Date
- What Days?
- Funding entitlement? Y/N
Within 48 hours a member of the office staff will contact you to confirm our availability and book in your Little Apples Visit. We will also send an email to you confirming your visit date along with our booking forms.
During your Little Apples visit, we will have a second check to ensure we still have availability for your Little Apple to attend our nursery.
Once your Little Apples Visit is complete and you are happy with our nursery, we ask for you to complete your booking forms and return them to us along with your £100 booking fee.
Once received, we will process your forms and confirm your booking by returning your signed Contract and Terms & Conditions.
One month prior to your start date, the room leader of your Little Apple’s room will contact you to book in your settling in sessions.
The number of settling in sessions will depend on which room your Little Apple is joining us in.
- Baby Pips (3 months – 14/16 months)
- Red Apples (14/16 months – 2 years)
- Green Apples (2 years – 3 years)
- 4 Settling in sessions (Two with you, two without you)
- Preschool (3 years - 5 years) 3 Settling in sessions (1 with you, two without you)
These generally happen two weeks before your start date, usually 2 per week, however we may be able to do them over one week.
Once these are booked in, you will receive a confirmation letter via Parentmail to confirm & explain your settling in sessions and include details such as your first few months fees.
Once your settling sessions are complete, your Little Apple will be ready to join our Little Apples Day Nursery.
